We make every effort to deliver goods within 10 days of receipt of your order; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the product within estimated timescales. We are complied with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), the statutory time limit for delivery of goods is 30 days from the day after the day the consumer sends the order to us.
If we cannot meet the 30-day deadline to deliver the goods, we will inform the consumer before the expiry of the deadline and a revised date for delivery.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

Warranties
All new equipment sold online are covered by a 12 months warranty. The warranty can be valid up to 7 years from the date of delivery subject to the purchase terms. The warranty will only apply to products delivered and installed by Sasaki International Ltd. Extended warranty may be available, please us for more details.
